Trade and Industry Department of the Hong Kong SAR Government and Next
Office jointly organized a free seminar for SME's named " Cash Flow
Management" on November 18, 2003. The seminar was held at the Consultation
Centre for SMEs of Trade and Industry Department at 700 Nathan Road,
Mongkok, Kowloon. Mr. Kenneth Tam, the Chairman of Next Office Users Group,
shared his management experience in corporate with participants.

In addition, Mr. Raymond, Chan, the director of business development,
shared his banking and trading experience with the audience. Mr Chan also
introduced the tool "intelliForm" for cash flow management with the SME's
audience. "IntelliForm" is a creative tool that runs on Next Office and
makes use of the unique features of Next Office. "IntelliForm" can help SME
companies monitor and to manage cash flow in a painless way and hence
will enhance their efficiency and productivity.

The seminar was very successful. The registration was pouring in and all
seats were reserved on the second day after the Trade and Industry
Department issued the seminar notice. Participants of the seminar came from
different industrial sectors and showed keen interests on the "IntelliForm"
