12-7-2004 Result of Next Office Customer Satisfaction Telephone Survey 2004
Since the 1st release of Next Office in 2003, we have received great support from our users. Following the telephone survey on customer satisfaction in 2003, another round of customer satisfaction survery was conducted in July. Here are some of the results:
Last year 92.11% of the surveyed customers considered the price of Next Office reasonable. This year the rate has increased to 97%, a 5% increment as compared to that of the last year.

This year 95% of the surveyed customers are satisfied with the product and service we provided and consider Next Office meeting their expectation. As compared with the 89.47% measured last year, there is an increment of 5%.
