Next Office, developed by Next Software, was presented at a seminar organized by the Hong Kong Exporters' Association on February 12, 2003. The seminar was called "Utilizing Electronic Tools to Enhance Corporate Competitiveness" and the tool "intelliForm" of Next Office was introduced. "intelliForm" is the most cost-effective tool for SME companies to manage their cash flow. It is capable for an office worker to generate export documents in an accurate and prompt way, hence improving the overall efficiency and productivity. The seminar was supported by Hong Kong Productivity Council, Support & Consultation Centre for SMEs of the Trade and Industry Department of The HKSAR, HKPC TechMart, The Hong Kong Shippers' Council, CEPA Business Development Centre of HKPC TechMart, Hong Kong Sea Transportation and Logistics Association, America Hong Kong Electronics Association.
