A manufacturing defect in one of our production batch could cause this happen if you are using the "Mastering NextOffice 9" CD label with "Mastering NextOffice9+XP" under English Windows and Chinese Simplified Windows platforms

If you encounter this program, you can contact our customer support hot-line (tel: 852-26222-000, email: support@nextoffice.net) for CD replacement or you can use one of the following workaround solutions:

A) Playback of "Mastering NextOffice Self Pack Training" via program short-cut

After NextOffice 9 is installed, you can playback the "Mastering NextOffice Self Paced Training" via the installed menu short-cut. Following is the detail procedure:

1. Select menu "Start" -> "NextOffice 9.0" -> "Mastering NextOffice" (Fig. 1)

2. In the pop-up dialog, select the first button to playback the "Mastering NextOffice 9"



3. You will be prompted to select the language version of your training. Pick your desired version and then select playback. (Fig 3)

4. Then you will be prompted to insert the "Mastering NextOffice 9" CD into your CD-ROM drive. After inserting your CD, the tutorial will start automatically. (Fig. 4)

B) Playback of Mastering NextOffice 9 via Internet Explorer or Flash Player

The "Mastering NextOffice 9 Self Paced Training" CD consist of a number of flash files organized in different language folders. You can always playback the individual flash file using Macromedia Flash Player or via a Flash plug-in in your web browser. Following is the detail procedures

1. Right click on your CD-ROW drive and select menu "open" to browse the CD content. (Fig. 5)

2. Select your desired language folder, such as "English" and browse it content. (Fig. 6) File index.swf is the index file for the whole training.



3. You can simply drag this file to your web browser with Flash Player installed to playback the training. (Fig. 7)

4. Or use the Flash player 6 redistribute comes with the CD by double clicking on the file fplayer6.exe and then drag the index.swf file to your Flash Player. (Fig. 8)
