  1. Invoke any NextOffice application
  2. Select menu "Help" -> "Download" -> "Download Patch"
  3. Then following the specific instructions to download and apply the
    patches.

Installation of presentaion background and the general church letter template
    Steps:
  • Download the file listed on the right hand side.
  • Close all the applications of NextOffice, including the QuickStarter of NextOffice, which is placed on the bottom right of the Windows taskbar.
  • Double click the downloaded file in order to run the installation. (The default path is set to be C:\Program Files\NextOffice9.2). Please assign your path according to your NextOffice version number (only for NextOffice9.x users). For example, your NextOffice is in 9.0, then your path should be "C:\Program Files\NextOffice9.0".
  • When done, click Unzip to process.
