Online Shopping Procedure

  1. We strongly suggest you to "Try Before You Buy".
  2. Your order will be redirected to PayPal for payment. We accept PayPal or credit cards.
  3. Upon confirmation of receiving your payment, we shall send a license number to your email address within 1 working day for each of the products you have purchased.
  4. You can then use the license number to convert your trial version to a legal, full version.
    (Note: For some products, you need to download the full version after purchase. Please refer to the confirmation email letter from our company.)
  5. We offer 90 days telephone and email support for all our products. Customers shall bear the telephone charges when calling outside of Hong Kong.
  6. If you don't receive the activation code(s) of your purchase within 2 working days, please double check your SPAM folder. Sometimes our emails could be wrongly classified as SPAM emails.
